Q: How much experience does your firm have?

A: We are experts in the digital organizing field. Our digital organizing professionals have experience working with digital organizing tools for over 45 years collectively.

Q: Do clients need to have prior experience in digital organizing?

A: Concerted Action works with clients that have never used digital organizing tools and with clients who use them all the time. Our focus is on providing dedicated support and training for organizers, no matter their previous experience.

Q: What platforms do you support?

A: We support the following platforms: Action Builder, Action Network, GetThru, New/Mode, Phone2Action, Union Hall, VAN, and WordPress. Don’t see the platform you need on this list? Feel free to reach out and discuss your organization’s needs with us. We will gladly provide support for the platforms you use.

Q: How quickly can I expect to receive a response to a support ticket?

A: You can expect a response to your support ticket within three hours. We respond with clear next steps and guarantee to resolve your issue in a timely manner.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: Our hours of operation are 9am-6pm ET, Monday through Friday.

Q: What if I have an emergency support need outside these hours?

A: Clients at the Organizer level will also have access to an emergency support line where they will always be able to reach Organizer Helpdesk staff.
